Client problems and resolutions
Here's a selection of some recent client problems that we resolved:
1. Client Problem: The power was tripping on and off for over a month, just before the client called us her power had completely tripped and was not turning back on.
Resolution: 20 minutes of testing resulted in finding a damaged lead. The lead had been rubbing up against her couch and over time the insulation had worn down so much that the circuit breaker wouldn’t hold in any more. A quick trip to buy a new lead and the problem was fixed.
2. Client Problem: After waiting for an electrical company to begin work on a commercial fit out for a week and a half, our client called us seeing if we could meet their deadlines (which were quickly approaching).
Resolution: We were on site within 2 hours to look at the plans and make a few demolished walls safe. Over the next two weeks we worked with the foreman on site to complete the task set.
3. Client Problem: Sense was called resolve an issue where a client, doing work at their premises, accidentally cut through wires which were sitting in concrete, resulting in a neighbouring tenant’s power being cut. This left a business struggling to get their work done for the day.
Resolution: After being called we arrived within 45 minutes. The cables were joined and re-energised in 2 hours, leaving the client with enough time to finish their work for the day.
